How to change or cancel a Drive Safe booking, and what happens if a passenger does not show up.
Changes and cancellations
Please let us know at least 3 hours before your scheduled pickup time if you need to change or cancel a booking. Call +971 4 884 1222 or message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 295 8421.
No-shows
If the passenger does not show up and the booking was not cancelled at least 3 hours before pickup, the full charge for the booking applies.
Airport pickups
We track your flight. Your chauffeur waits up to an extra hour to meet you at arrivals.
